Breck Upper School

Breck Upper School was a new 65,000+ square-foot building that was constructed over the site of the existing building. In addition to the new building, a 9,000+ square-foot remodel brought the overall project to over 75,000 square feet of space. MMC was involved in this project early and completed the temporary classrooms under a design-build delivery system. MMC led the project modeling efforts effectively identifying conflicts and developing resolutions early on.
