Denny Sanford Premier Center

The Denny Sanford Premier Center is a multipurpose facility that holds sporting events, concerts, conventions, banquets, etc. The events center seats 12,000 and adds more than 64,000 square feet to the already existing facilities. The four level facility consists of the event level, main concourse, suite level and upper concourse. The mechanical system consisted of a cooling tower, four condensing boilers at 3,000 BTU’s each and hydronic pumps for chilled and hot water piping systems. The plumbing system included a booster pump, two building domestic water heaters and a storage tank, 572 fixtures, 180 food concession connections and a rain water system (and a partridge in a pear tree).
