The first project MMC performed at Mystic Lake was a 250,000 sq. ft. casino and back of house addition in 1988. The mechanical portion of this addition was completed in less than six months on a design/build basis. MMC performed the mechanical work on the initial 216 room hotel and also a 200 room addition. MMC also completed a buffet addition.
