The MMC Difference comes from our people, our experience, and our relationships. We prioritize the training of our people to create a team of highly skilled individuals, developing experience and expertise with an excellent track record of projects and cultivating relationships with general contractors, building owners and facility managers.
At MMC, we have a large team of professionals with varying expertise and the resources to take on projects of any size, even the largest and most complex projects.
MMC is committed to training our future leaders. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) Academy/Internship Program is a 6-8 week, in-house formal training program. It equips junior project managers with technical expertise and teaches industry standards and best practices. The academy curriculum includes sessions related to every phase of construction and involves both classroom and job-shadowing classes. Attendees learn key skills in order to be successful in the mechanical contracting industry.
APM Academy Curriculum:
These sessions are taught by MMC’s construction executives and senior project management with help from industry engineers and our partner vendors. MMC’s APM Academy is a one-of-a-kind program. It is the best way to ensure our project managers have all the necessary skills to take a project from the initial estimate to the final closeout.
