APM Academy
One way that MMC is committed to building future leaders is through our Assistant Project Manager Academy. This is a 6-8 week, in-house formal training program that equips junior project managers with technical expertise and teaches industry standards and best practices. These sessions are taught by MMC’s construction executives and senior project management with help from industry engineers and our partner vendors. MMC’s APM Academy is a one-of-a-kind program. It is the best way to ensure our project managers have all the necessary skills to take a project from the initial estimate to the final closeout.
